The Ultimate Refreshing Zing — Mint Meets Tamarind
A perfect balance of cool, refreshing mint and deep, tangy tamarind — Shahida's Mint & Imli Chutney is prepared in small batches from a 50-year family recipe, using only the finest ingredients and time-honoured methods passed down through generations.
Two Chutneys. One Bottle.
The classic samosa platter needs both — the dark sweetness of imli and the bright, cooling freshness of pudina. Our Mint & Imli Chutney combines both in a single recipe developed over 50 years, using real mint leaves — not extract, not essence, not artificial flavouring. Real leaves. The combination most Pakistani households serve side by side; we've simply perfected the ratio in one bottle.
Flavour Profile
Opens with the crisp, herbal freshness of real mint leaves, then settles into the familiar sweet-tangy depth of imli. It has more body than a pure pudina chutney and more freshness than a pure imli sauce. The best of both traditions.
Perfect With
The freshness cuts through richer fillings — which is why it works as well inside a wrap as beside a plate of chaat.

How hot is Mint & Imli Chutney?
Mild. There is green and red chilli in the recipe for depth, but the character is fresh and herbal rather than hot — comfortable for most palates, including children.
How much does green chutney cost, and where do you deliver?
Rs.725 for the 250g bottle and Rs.1,075 for 500g. We deliver nationwide across Pakistan, typically 3–4 business days in major cities and 4–5 days elsewhere.
Is this the same as green chutney (green chatni)?
Yes — this is green chutney, with more to it. You get the fresh pudina and coriander of a classic green chatni, combined with real tamarind pulp for depth. The brightness of mint with the khatti-meethi body of imli, in one bottle.
Why mint and imli together?
Fresh mint chutney is wonderful but fragile — it fades within days. Blending pudina with tamarind gives the freshness a backbone: deeper flavour, better with BBQ and fried snacks, and a naturally longer life without artificial preservatives.
Not sure which chutney?
Mint & Imli is as mild as our Imli Chutney but fresher and more herbal — the better choice for grilled meat, wraps and sandwiches, where imli suits fried snacks. For heat, reach for Red Chilli & Garlic. Compare all four on the chutneys page.
Better Together
Serve alongside Imli Chutney for your full chaat spread, and elevate everything with a pinch of Chaat Masala. Or get all three in the Starter Bundle and save Rs.350. Prefer chutneys only? The Premium Chutney Collection brings Imli, Mint & Imli and Red Chilli & Garlic together in 250g bottles and saves Rs.425.
