What is your return policy?

Because our chaatnis and spice blends are food products, we cannot accept returns of opened items for safety and hygiene reasons. However, if anything is wrong with your order, we will make it right.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

How do refunds work?

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

What if I'm not satisfied with the taste?

Taste is personal, and we stand behind our 50+ year family recipes. If a product didn't meet your expectations, write to us — we read every message and will do our best to make your next experience better.

How do I start a return or refund request?
