Where does Shahida's Kitchen deliver?

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan — from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, and Rawalpindi to smaller cities and towns — through trusted courier partners. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your area, contact us on WhatsApp at +92 333 3639869 and we'll confirm.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes:

Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad): 3–4 business days
Other cities and towns across Pakistan: 4–5 business days

You will receive a confirmation message when your order is dispatched.

How much does shipping cost?

Delivery is a flat Rs 250 anywhere in Pakistan. Orders of Rs 2,200 or more ship free — applied automatically at checkout, so there is nothing to enter.

How is my order packed?

Every bottle is made in small batches and packed carefully to arrive fresh and intact. Our chutneys are sealed for freshness and our Chaat Masala is packed airtight to preserve aroma and flavour during transit.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking update by email so you can follow it to your doorstep. If you have any concerns about your delivery status, contact us via WhatsApp at +92 333 3639869 for the fastest update.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently deliver within Pakistan only. International shipping — including to the UK, UAE, Canada, USA, Australia, and other countries — is something we are actively working to introduce. If you're based outside Pakistan and want to be notified when international shipping becomes available, please email hello@shahidaskitchen.com with your name and country. We'll add you to our notification list.
