Response Times

We typically respond to all enquiries within 24 hours on business days. For the fastest response, reach us on WhatsApp — it's the best way to get a quick answer about products, orders, or anything else.

Order Issues

If you have a problem with your order — damaged item, missing product, or incorrect delivery — please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and a photo where applicable. We'll resolve it promptly with either a free replacement or a full refund.

Bulk & Corporate Orders

Planning an event, or thinking about corporate gifts? We take bulk orders case by case, within our small-batch capacity. See our Corporate Gifting page, or contact us via WhatsApp or email with the occasion and rough quantity.

International Enquiries

We currently deliver within Pakistan only. If you're based outside Pakistan — in the UK, UAE, Canada, USA, or elsewhere — and would like to be notified when international shipping becomes available, please email us at hello@shahidaskitchen.com with your name and country. We're actively working on it and want to reach the global Pakistani community as soon as possible.
