Products and orders

All products are food items made in small batches. Product images are illustrative; minor variations in colour and texture are natural for handmade goods. An order is accepted when we send your order confirmation. We may decline or cancel orders where stock, pricing, or delivery issues arise — in that case you will be refunded in full.

Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without notice. The price at the time of your order applies. Payment is processed securely at checkout.

Delivery

Delivery timelines are described on our Shipping & Delivery page. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or events beyond our reasonable control, but we will always help resolve delivery problems.
